SeatRoster

Controlled pilot · 25 August 2026

Terms

SeatRoster is an invitation-only pilot service for organizations coordinating shared workplace seating. There is no public organization registration, subscription, billing, service-level commitment, or public availability promise during the pilot.

Organization responsibilities

Each participating organization appoints owners and administrators, supplies accurate member and policy information, and is responsible for explaining its seating rules to members. Administrators may act for a member, but SeatRoster applies the member’s ordinary eligibility and allocation rules.

Member responsibilities

Keep your account credentials private, use a current verified email, cancel seats you no longer need, and promptly reject a promoted seat when you cannot use it. Do not attempt to access another organization or bypass allocation rules.

Allocation

Seat allocation follows the organization’s configured capacity, priority, freeze, overlap, and weekly-cap rules. Before a priority freeze, a non-preferred booking may be provisional and can move to the waitlist. After the freeze, allocated seats are final for priority purposes. Operational corrections or organization membership changes may still require administrative cancellation.

Changes and availability

The pilot may change as it is validated. Material booking changes are sent by email when email delivery is enabled. Members should also use the in-app calendar as the current record.
